He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernabe Rodriguez Hermandez and Juana Diaz Pestonas. He is survived by: his children, Cinthia Rodriguez Julian (Hugo Garcia Rojas) of Asheboro, Nicolas Rodriques Julian (Diana Perez) of Asheboro and Cristo Jacobo Rodriguez Rivera of Asheboro; his sister Cliceria Rodriguez Diaz of Mexico; his niece Ana Patricia Miravete Rodriguez of Asheboro; and his grandchildren, Hugo Mitchell Garcia Rodriguez, Hannelly Garcia Rodriguez, Mateo Garcia Rodriguez, Gael Nicolas Rodriguez Perex, Emanuel Rodriguez Cruz and Christopher Rodriguez.
