It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Parks (Asheboro, North Carolina), born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 18, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Melvin Parks and Roy Parks. He is survived by: his parents, Earl Parks and Maude Parks; his sister Dorothy "Dot" Pierce (Pete) of Thomasville; and his sons, Larry Parks (Sherry) of Homestead, FL, Charles Parks (Lillian) of Asheboro and Van Parks (Sherrie) of Asheboro. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
