He was predeceased by: his father Thurman Floyd; and his brother Jim Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Floyd; his children, Crystal Tremaroli (Brad), Gerry Floyd Jr., Amber Spisak, Amanda Hutchins and Adam Davis (Giana); and his sisters, Judy Albright and Sandra Floyd. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
