She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Lee Spruill and Reece Durante, Sr.; and her sons, Christopher Junior Spruill and Michael Lewis Spruill. She is survived by: her children, Faleisa Mack (John) of Greensboro, NC, Kimberlee Spruill-Harris of Greensboro, NC, Latonia Spruill of Asheboro, NC and Robert Spruill (Laura) of Kernersville, NC; her daughter-in-law Tina Spruill; her aunt Catherine Spruill of Randleman, NC; and her sister Linda Terry. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
