George Thomas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Thomas of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Thomas and Ruth Harrison Thomas; his son Mack Thomas III; his sister Mary Jo Sabo; and his grandson Kaymen Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Coble Thomas; his daughter Teresa Thomas Hinshaw of Liberty; and his grandchildren, Sherry Diaz DeLeon, Carolyn Mikulskis, Jason Hinshaw, Amy White, Sarah Thomas and Elizabeth McKenzie. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
