He was predeceased by: his parents, David Eugene Guy and Nora Virginia Clark Guy. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Russ (Roland), Jonathan Guy and Benjamin Guy; the mother of his children Sheila Guy; his grandchildren, David Michael Guy, Joshua Noah Guy, Sawyer Duane Hogeland and Laura Anne Guy; his brothers, David Eugene Guy Jr. and William Craig Guy; and his pet Bella.
