He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Hineline and Lottie Todd Hineline; and his children, Jodi, Justin and Janel.
He is survived by: his children, Christine (Earl Jerome Spruill), Michael Hineline (Susan) and Floyd Hineline Jr.; and his close friend Geneva Pollock. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
