Though Ethel may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin McMasters and Lillian McMasters; and her brothers, Paul McMasters, Bill McMasters and Charles McMasters.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Hilliard; her sister Shirley Hancock (Wilbert); and her sister-in-law Gail McMasters. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
