She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Harrison and Ella Ingle Whitesell. She is survived by: her husband Wade Lawrence; and her children, Joyce McDowell (Nolan) of Greensboro, Vickie Lawrence of Asheboro and Don Lawrence (Zelda) of Mt. Holly. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
