She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Gideon Ward and Belva Bessie Mitchell Ward; her sisters, Iris Holt, Betty Ward Swaim and Coleen Miller; and her grandson Jake Graves.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Jo Owens (Jimmy) of Trinity and Jimmy Graves (Sherry) of Asheboro.
