She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Jackson and Blanch Fisher Jackson; and her siblings, Mamie Edwards, Bessie Taylor, C. K. Jackson, Charles Jackson and Lee Jackson.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Carrol Roddy; and her sister Teresa Vedder (Pete) of St. Pauls, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
