It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Esther Garren (Asheboro, North Carolina), who passed away on July 11, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Inzer Beane and Ella Lucus Beane; and her siblings, Roy Beane, Edward Beane, Lori Lowry, Eula Mae Hathaway, Beulah Hyatt and Thelma Carrick.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Robert Elwood Garren; her daughters, Vickie Beane Barrett of Maryville, TN and Rosa Dobbins; her son-in-law David of Sophia; her son Jack Elwood Garren (Lynne) of Asheboro; her siblings, Treva B. Harhness of Mt. Airy, Effie Auman of Star and Sherman Beane; her grandsons, Warren Barrett of Georgia, Timothy Barrett of Maryville, TN and Luke Dobbins of Sophia; and her great grandchild Blaze Barrett of Maryville, TN..
