She is survived by: her husband Tim Hayes; her sons, Shaun Lendis Hayes (Anna Maria) of Asheboro and Zachary Painter Hayes (Lindsey) of Matthews, NC; her sister Vickie Diane Gatlin (Ricky) of Asheboro; and her grandsons, Arthur Lendis Hayes, Alexander Timothy Hayes, Liam Zachary Hayes and Judson Wayne Hayes.
