She was predeceased by: her father Gilbert Ellis; her former husband Steven Ferguson; her sister Sherry Myers; and her niece Betty Sue Ellis. She is survived by: her mother Betty Maness Frye; her husband Billy Frye of Pittsboro; her children, Daniel Scotton (Deanna) of Staley and Heather Brooks (Michael) of Staley; her grandchildren, Jadon of Staley, Ethan of Staley, Micah Scotton of Staley, Peyton of Staley, Abygail of Staley, Skyler Brooks of Staley, Michael Brooks, Jr. of Walnut Cove and Joshua Brooks (Chyanne) of Walnut Cove; her brothers, Walter Steven Ellis of Ramseur and Gilbert Wayne Ellis of Staley; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Myers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other children.
