He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Leo Leonard, Sr. and Mary Harris Thomas; and his sister Carolyn Ingle. He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his children, Christopher Leonard, Steven Blackman, Misty Long, Tiffany Thompson and Carmon Simmons; and his siblings, Libby Gwaltney and Tony Thomas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
