He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Dean Brown and Louise Blanton Brown; and his brother Glenn Brown. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Nihill; his sons, Phillip Brown and Charles Brown; his siblings, Susan Williams, Peggy Gorman and Chester Brown; his sister-in-law Judy Dragoslis (Art); and his nephew Bryan Schnur. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.
