He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Biggs and Edna Neal Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Jan Biggs (Miller); his children, Bobby "BJ" Biggs and Susan Biggs; his stepdaughter Jennifer Biggs; and his siblings, Thomas "Tommy" Biggs and Charlotte Joan Myers (Billy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, a niece and nephew and several great nieces and nephews.
