He was predeceased by: his parents, Ike Gray Sr. and Evie Langley Gray; his siblings, Berley Gray and Polly Gray; and his siblings-in-law, Elsie M. Gray and Benjamin Ritter.
He is survived by: his close friend Peggy Moran Gray; and his siblings, Doris Brown (Marvin) of Asheboro, Bonnie Ritter of Ulah, Ike Gray (Jane) of Siler City and James Wade Gray (Nancy) of Clifton, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
