He is survived by: his children, Sydney Alexander (Greg) of Lexington and Edward Micajah Hyder (Tera Endicott) of Asheboro; his father Carroll Edward Hyder, Sr.; his sister Carole Bulla (David) of Asheboro; and the mother of his children Donna Moore of Asheboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host friends.
