She is survived by: her husband Benny Keith Welch; her children, Stephanie Welch Jarrell (Barrett) of Asheboro and Benjamin Edward Welch (Leslie) of Tuscaloosa, AL; and her grandchildren, Ali Elaine Lynch (Dallas) of Liberty, NC, Abi Nelms Vences (Layo) of Asheboro, Ami Nelms-Degollado (Jorge) of Asheboro, Garrett Welch of Tuscaloosa, AL, Anna Welch of Tuscaloosa, AL and Ellie Welch of Tuscaloosa, AL. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
