She was predeceased by: her parents, Artis Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy Freeman; her stepfather Joe Freeman; and her brother Bruce Kennedy. She is survived by: her daughter Angela Auman; her siblings, Doris Kennedy Jones of Winston-Salem and Ronnie Kennedy of Steve Kennedy, C. W; her half-siblings, Carl Kennedy and Sylvia Kennedy; her stepsiblings, Randy Freeman of Asheboro and Shirley Sanders of Asheboro; and her granddaughter Savannah Auman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
