She is survived by: her children, Derrick Britt (Cheryl) of Denton and April Sheftall (Freddie) of Greensboro; her brothers, Vernon Councilman (Ruby) of Asheboro and Larry Councilman (Toma) of Woodlands, TX; and her grandson Darren Britt of Denton.
