He was predeceased by: his parents, John Quincy and Annie Mary Smith Pugh; and his brother Rev. Adrian "Big A" Pugh. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Jane Ward of Franklinville; his brothers, Rev. Randall Pugh (Deborah) of South Carolina and Rev. Dwane Pugh (Donna) of Virginia; and his sister-in-law Toni Pugh (Charles Moses) of Asheboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
