He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny H. Hoover and Lizzie Marie Hunt Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Tallent Hoover; his daughters, Jackie Pulgarin (Jorge), Tammy Spoon (Randall), Dana Saunders (Bobby) and Stephanie Rector (Matt); his siblings, Ronnie Hoover (Vanda), Dianne Kearns (Lynn) and Glenda Tuggle (Ted); his grandchildren, Bobby Pulgarin (Madelyn), Austin Lambert, Sara Saunders and Maverick Rector; and his great grandchildren, Jaydon and A. J. Lambert.
