He was predeceased by: his parent Albert Willard; and his brother James Willard. He is survived by: his parent Mary Chance Willard; his wife Ann Willard; his sons, William "Randy" Willard, Jr. of Troy and Matthew Willard; his siblings, Linda Willard Singletary of Florence, SC and Eugene Willard of Rockingham; and his grandson William "Will" Willard, III of Hamlet.
