She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Caldwell and Mattie Walton Caldwell; and her sister Ann Caldwell Adams. She is survived by: her husband Ron Penkava; her brother Andrew P. Caldwell (Georgianne) of Beaufort, SC; her siblings-in-law, Dave Penkava of Asheboro, Larry Penkava (Ginny) of Asheboro, Francis Penkava (Pat) of Asheboro and Jeanne Harp (Dan) of Washington; and her nieces and nephews, Lisa Nyman, Terri Graham, Eric Penkava, Alex Penkava, Angela Ball, Michelle Richeson and Laura Frazier.
