She is survived by: her children, Johnny Curtis Gilchrist (Monrudee) of Asheboro and Sherry Gilchrist of Asheboro; her grandchildren, Arinya, Aranya, Jesse and Cassie; her great grandchildren, Brookelyn of Asheboro, Ayva of Asheboro and Stella of Asheboro; her siblings, Hoyt Russell of Asheboro, Garland Russell of Asheboro and Laura Jarrell of High Point, NC; and her friend Lisa McIntosh of Asheboro.
