It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Currie of Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Honeycutt; her son Donald Bruce Honeycutt; her parents, William Reeder and Edith Clark Reeder; and her siblings, Lois Hayes and Tommy Reeder.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Abernethy (Jeff) of Randleman; her siblings, Vivian Parks (Ray) of Seagrove, Winfred Reeder (Jeanette) of Seagrove and David Reeder (Tami) of Seagrove; her grandchildren, Savannah Nichols, Adam Fox, Aleah Honeycutt, Daye Jackson and Toby Honeycutt; her great grandchildren, Berkleigh Nichols, Makoy Nichols, Zander Ellis and Kinsleigh Jackson; and her daughter-in-law Amanda Honeycutt of Asheboro.
