We bid farewell to Betsy Reavis of Asheboro, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 29, 2024 at the age of 93. Betsy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, C. V. "Neal" Kern and Laura Needham Kern; her former husband Robert B. Thompson; and her husband Lonnie Reavis. She is survived by: her children, Catherine T. Odham (Warren) of Star, Claudia Fordham (Vic) of Goldsboro and Robert B. Thompson, Jr. (Susie) of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Amy Wallace (Philip), Rebecca Barnes (Stephen), Sarah Davenport (Ryan), Daniel Odham (Ginger), Matthew Shaw (Lacey) and Samantha Shaw; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Mason, Andrew, Hannah, Emma, Isla, Banks, Caroline, Gaines, Elizabeth, Drew and Preston. She is also survived by four great-great grandchildren.
