He is survived by: his wife Martha Alice Duggins; his children, Donna Carol Duggins and Daniel Ralph Duggins (Rene) of Sanford; his grandchildren, Brad Duggins of Sanford and Phillip Duggins (Whitney) of Goldston; his great grandchildren, Bronxton Duggins and Brogan Duggins; and his close friends, Jeff Allen and Gwyn Sands. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
