He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jimmy" Milliken and Doris Milliken. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Milliken; his granddaughter Savannah Milliken; and his siblings, Rev. Larry Milliken (Donna), Russell Milliken, Terry Milliken (Lois), Sherry Long (Larry), Tammy Stanley and Rebecca Helms. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
