She was predeceased by: her siblings, Allen McKeithan, Laura Mae Johnson and Mike Stephens. She is survived by: her husband Rifton Evans; her daughter Rhonda Evans Benton (Joey); her daughter-in-law Marlene Evans; her grandchildren, Brent Evans Jr, Tyler Evans, Sr, Corey Evans and Abigail Benton; her sisters, Barbara Long and Dianne Mabry (Tom); her friend Opal Stephens; and also, Vanessa, Sandra, Jazmine, Alex and Marci. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Myrtle Head Baptist Church Building Fund, c/o Timmy Evans, 6627 Myrtle Head Road NW, Ash, NC 28420.
