He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Frye Carte, Sr. and Rona Irene Milam Carte. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Belknap Carte; his siblings, Barbara Martin (RL) and Roger Carte; and his sister-in-law Shelia Amick (Jimmie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
