He is survived by: his wife Gloria Dean Russ Hughes; his daughter Tabitha Powell; his son-in-law Michael Powell; his stepson Dennis Wesley Carlisle; his daughter-in-law Breann; his grandchildren, Lacey Townsend (Dustin), Raven Townsend, Declan Powell, Weston, Ellie Carlisle and Karter Doak; his sister Carolyn Smtih (Bryan); his sisters-in-law, Margaret Hughes, Jane Nofsinger (George), Betty Grainger and Nelda Thorsen; and his nieces and nephews, Sonya Burchell, Jeramie Hughes, Andy Smith, Ashley Hughes, Alan Tyree, Denise Sommersett, Stephanie Burgess, Ashley Varnum, Alan Thorsen and Paula Seavey.
