He is survived by: his wife Catherine LaVern Mills Todd; his children, Lisa T. Lee (Chris) of Whiteville, NC and Billy Wayne Todd of Charlotte, NC; his sisters, Frances Porter of Siler City, NC and Birdie Faye King of Bladenboro, NC; and his grandchildren, Allie Cox, Savannah Blackmon (Austin) and Kendall Lee (McKenzie).
