She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayham W. Grissett and Melle Pierce Grissett. She is survived by: her husband Neil Waburn Walton; her sons, Ron (Carol) of Ash, NC and Stan (Dona) of Wilmington, NC; her granddaughters, Rachel Burgin and Jillian Walton of Charlotte, NC; and her great grandchildren, Noah Raderchak, Lucas Thornton and Abigail Walton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
