He was predeceased by: his father Leo Lilly; and his brother John Edward Lilly. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Counsman Lilly; his children, Bill Lilly, Jr. (Melissa), Denise Lilly, Joseph Lilly (Laura), Susan Jarrell (Billy) and Michael Lilly; his grandchildren, Damon, Ryan, Austin, Bradin Lilly, Kaylee and Collin Jarrell; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Lilly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Barnabas Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
