She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Jones and Cordelia Golden Jones; and her siblings, Julius William, Donald, James Monroe Jones, Ima Jean Jones, Mary Jane J. McFee and Martha J. Galloway.
She is survived by: her spouse Carleton Ray Hawkins; her children, Suzan Renee Hawkins of Arden and Charlie Ray Hawkins (Jackie Shealy) of Hendersonville; and her sisters, Peggy J. Fisher of Lake Toxaway and Shirley J. Gonce of Mills River. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
