He was predeceased by: his sister Sharon Ray. He is survived by: his parents, Floyd A. Collins and Louise Fisher Collins of Arden; his daughter Julie C. Chambers of Hendersonville; his siblings, Brenda Lee Watson (David) of Black Mountain and Morris Collins of Marshall; and his grandchildren, Traven and Chasity.
