He is survived by: his parents, Shannon Mathis Sr. and Kristie Hazel; his grandmother Deborah Boozer Mathis; his siblings, LuChina Hazel, Sidnei Rogers, Devante Hawkins and Madison Mathis; his grandparents, Nancy Hazel and Alonzo Hazel; his stepgrandmother Valerie Hazel; his grandfather Ronnie Mathis; his aunts and uncles, Kaleah Whiteside, Angelo Johnson Sr., Michael Steffin and Rose Darity; and his cousin Angelo Johnson Jr.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
