She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Blackwell; her son-in-law Bryan C Shuler; and her brother Leroy Ward. She is survived by: her daughter Terry Shuler; her grandchildren, Kevin Shuler (Amanda) and Allison Grandits (Jim); and her siblings, Beatrice Taylor and Arnold. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
