It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Martin Larson (Arden, North Carolina), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Larson and Ellen Leslie Cheevers Larson. He is survived by: his children, Bill Larson (Jenny), Jennifer Fields (Jason) and Erica Brown (Terry); his brother Peter Larson (Julie); and his grandchildren, Caleb Larson, Kayden Hall, Brentley Brown, Bradley Fields, Langston Larson, Jase Fields and Mabel Jane Larson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Groce Funeral Home (72 Long Shoals Rd, Arden, NC 28704). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
