He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Ballew and Grace Elizabeth Worley Ballew; and his brother Irvin "Bill" Ballew. He is survived by: his wife Geri Ballew; his sons, Raymond David Ballew, Roger Eugene Ballew and Earl Williams; his sister-in-law Karen Ballew; and his niece April. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
