She is survived by: her niece Beth Wells Shook; her nephew Keith Wells (Barbara); her great-nephews, Derick Shook, Charles Shook (Traci) and Brian Wells; her great-niece Terri Wells (Glenn Ratcliff); and also, Cade, Cole, Cord Shook, Ronnie, Danny and Terry Brooks.
