She is survived by: her children, Tammy Moore, Kim Harris (Charles Harris) of Gretna, VA, Katrina Gibbs (Sean Gibbs) of Weaverville, NC, Cynthia Vandiford (JM Vandiford) of Farmville, NC, Thomas Allen (Rebecca Kelley) of Rising Sun, MD and Richard Allen (Annie Brown); her stepchildren, Angel Bedell of Chester, MD, John Simpers of North East, MD, Stephen Simpers of North East, MD, Robert T. Simpers of North East, MD and Luke Simpers of North East, MD; and her sister Connie Jenkins of Verdunville, WV. She is also survived by daughter/son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
