It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Richmond Frank (Arden, North Carolina), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmas Richmond and Frances Shea Richmond; and her husband Joseph "Joe" Frank. She is survived by: her sons, Beau Frank, Joe Frank (Ivonne), Tim Frank (Constanza) and Tad Frank (Chris Dahlquist). She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
