He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Baird and Lillian Gragg Baird; and his wife Charlene Putnam Baird. He is survived by: his children, Karen Broyles (Mike), Janet Rendon (Anthony) and Thomas Baird; and his close friend Kitty O'Kelley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
