It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mavoureen Sexton (Arden, North Carolina), who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mavoureen Sexton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parent Columbus Meridith Mullinax; her husband Dewey Cleophus Sexton; her daughters, Betty Louise Reed and Norma Ruth Nelson; and her grandchildren, Charles "Chuck" Sexton, Scotty Tipton, Terry Sexton and Angie Sexton.
She is survived by: her children, A. Jean Banks, Jack Sexton (Shirl), Larry Sexton (Ruth) and Joanne Tipton. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, forty two great-grandchildren and thirty four great great grandchildren.
