She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Brock and Ella Brock; her husband Osborne J. Fore, Jr.; and her siblings, Teddy, William, Robert, Earl and Perry Brock.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Fore Schwartz, Edward Fore (Starla Wells) and Hope Fore Hreha (David). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
