She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Clarke Evans and Felix Crawford Evans; her brother Roger Dale Evans; and her nephew Michael Evans. She is survived by: her husband Gary Maney; her daughter Karen Davidson (Jon Cravener); her granddaughters, Brooke McCarthy (Kyle) and Caitlyn Cravener (Obi); her brothers, Keith Evans (Cathy) and Mark Evans (Linda); and her pet Sadie Mae.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel Groce Funeral Home (72 Long Shoals Rd, Arden, NC 28704). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at the Green Hills Cemetery (25 New Leicester Hwy, Asheville, NC 28806).
